Taoist Tai Chi Building Renovations

The construction began in August 2017; Tai Chi Society’s United States headquarters was under way. This 14,000 SF enclosed building was once an open design with a center courtyard. Dealing with Hurricane Irma and all of the rain, this project was completed in 9 months.

This building includes a 12,000 SF practice hall, 550 SF kitchen, and 2,000 SF lobby. The state-of-the-art mechanical system keeps an extremely comfortable environment for when the Tai Chi are practicing.

Some of the major elements within this project were 6,000 SF of newly poured 3,000 PSI concrete, an entirely new roof, and a 10 ft garage door for easy accessibility. All parts of this project molded together and made a truly beautiful landmark.

Throughout this project, everything was held to a standard to give the Tai Chi Society exactly what they want, and they are very satisfied with the final product.
